From a small workshop to a deep-tech platform company — how conviction, engineering, and a refusal to simply import became Chandrahas Technologies.
We began by building software and systems for industry — then made a deliberate choice to walk toward the harder, deeper problems: embedded systems, circuits, and genuine India-built innovation. That choice is the through-line of everything that follows.
How we got here.
Where it started
Chandrahas begins as an unregistered partnership firm — building ERP and website systems for textile, chemical, and pharmaceutical companies across the Boisar & Tarapur MIDC. Real clients, real revenue, real engineering.

The pivotIncorporated — and all-in on deep-tech
On 10 October 2017, Chandrahas Technologies Pvt Ltd is incorporated. Our R&D begins in earnest: India-designed IoT and AI control systems, with our own modules and firmware engineered in-house.

Franchise partners across four eastern states — Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, and Bihar — with partner-owned experience centres in Ranchi and Patna, and a Mumbai head office. In parallel, deep-tech R&D into drone, EV, and charging-station circuits.

During the pandemic, we built Oishii, a home-chef platform that onboarded 25,000+ home chefs and gave families a new income stream. When we wound it down, we transitioned our active chefs onto India's leading food-delivery platforms so their income continued — uninterrupted.

The vision
An engineer who refused to import.
A mechanical engineer by training, Shivam Goswami began his career on the factory floor — leading plant erection and project engineering before his fascination with electronics, programming, and robotics pulled him toward something bigger.
In 2016 he co-founded Chandrahas — first building ERP and software systems for industry, then making the deliberate, uncomfortable choice to move fast toward embedded systems and genuine innovation. The goal: prove an Indian team could design world-class deep-tech itself, rather than import and re-badge it.
That conviction — to build with depth, patience, and genuine ownership of the technology — is the foundation RitzSCHA is built on, and the road he's charting toward a deep-tech, semiconductor-capable India by 2047.
